Hehe, I like the truck comment!

I hear ya Kat, I'm right there in the 10:45-11:00 min/mile happy place! I'm super glad to be here though and if that's what my body wants to do, I'll take it!

I laughed out loud when I read this...... my last training group gave me a "Speedy Gonzalez" award right before our Half! Problem with running a fast pace, for me, is burning out too quickly - so unless that's one's natural pace or goal pace, not really good for distance runners!

I KNEW IT!! I think it's awesome though and I'm awed at what you (and all of us, really) can make our bodies do!

My running buddy says she likes running with me because I start out about a minute and a half slower than she does.  I keep her from starting out to fast during our long runs.  :-)   So glad slow comes in handy every once in a while!!!!

I am just getting started with the weight loss. But I am trying to get more active. This morning I walked 3 miles outside. A *****illy 20 deg. But it felt wonderful to be moving. This evening I was on my new ellip tic kill..... I went 20 minutes. Broke a bit of a sweat too!

My first run of 2013... I did 5 miles in a little less than an hour. Happy to be starting 2013 out the right way!

seems like ages since i last posted... last year's travel really threw me for a loop. but i didn't stop traning, i just had to fit it in (sub-optimally at times).

yesterday, did about an hour of strength training and ran 5 miles on the treadmill.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

I followed your workout regimen and I feel fantastic! I have incorporated the Paleo Diet with these workouts and I am feeling like superman! I definitely recommend this.
