I'm way too excited to post here again - but I'm getting back in the game. 

I ran a decent 1.5 miles this morning and walked another .5 mile. First attempt at running post plastics and it felt amazing. Looking forward to taking my new bike out for a spin tomorrow!

Did a 4 mile run/walk-in the 40 degree weather.

Interesting work out day for me.  I was supposed to have my fitness test done at the gym today.  My trainer who is new to me (she works with my hubby) told me the game plan.  First fat analysis 27%- not bad for some one who used to be 50% fat but needs to be better.  Next I got to put this nifty face mask on and get on the treadmill.  She said she prefers people to walk at an increasing incline to keep the HR consistently climbing.  It should only take 8-10 minutes.  Well 18 minutes later at an incline of 15 (max for the machine) and at a 5mph (yes I am hanging on to the bar at this point)  she tells me she VASTLY underestimated my cardio and we would need to do it again, then she called me "a beast" in the best possible way!  HA!  Never has anyone called me that!  I was stoked.  So next time we run.  Anyway, then she punished me with a killer core work out.  It was great.  I probably wont be able to move tomorrow, but I can't wait to go back for more.  We get a do-over on Wed.  :)

I finally got my as back to the gym!

20 minutes chest and shoulder weights.

2 hour endurance spin class plus warm up had me in the saddle for 2.5 hours. Solid high zone 3 low zone 4 workout.
