elliptical 1min work, 30 sec rest, level 7 speed no less than 180; 8 rounds (15min total)
95lb weighted squat, 35lb dumbbell swing, med ball decline sit ups, 15lb fly - 10 reps, 5 rounds
Hot Yoga... not as tough as last week
Les Mills Pump and Burn.. gonna have to add more weight next time
1.5 mile run. Felt yucky, with head-cold migrating to chest.
