Wednesday Workouts- aka working off the eggnog!!!

4.25 miles in very cold (for Memphis) weather.  Snow on the ground, but the roads were clear.  My winter running tights and tops are great, but my gloves suck.  Got to get some that keep the fingers warm!!

 I had to reschedule my session with my trainer because I am having to wear a 24hr heart monitor... they were concerned too much sweat would make the leads come off.

 I did do the Core and Upper Body blast class... supposed to do 4 miles tonight but I guess that won't happen.
