Tuesday Workouts
I had my trainer session today... WOW
Outdoor AMRAPs, 20 minutes, 15 reps with a short run in between
12lb med ball toss, jog, pushups on the sloped sidewalk, ledge jumps (16" retaining wall) - did 5 rounds
then to the TM for 8 rounds of 30sec sprints, 15 rest (8.0 for half, 7.5 for half)
Then I walked on the TM for about 5 minutes, then changed shirts and went on to spin class and just did easy resistance, fast pace until class started 10 minutes later.
30 min Spin class
rest day.... but gonna walk for 30 min on TM anyways so that I can EAT MORE FOOD!!! Sooooo hungry today.....

Unplanned rest day - I'm going to my in-laws on Friday until after the first of the year and my running/exercising might be iffy there, I'm not sure if I can find a good place to run or not (I'm not keen on the idea of getting in my car to drive to run but will if I have to). So, my plan for this week was to cram in as many miles as I could and run Mon-Thur but the day got away from me and I didn't get it in.
I'll run on Friday before we leave to make up for it I guess :)
