Just keep swimming :)! I'm sure you'll do just fine, you're getting coached to improve, so she can't expect perfection.

She was awesome!!! Not once did she point and laugh.  :-)   No really.  She had very positive things to say and I actually felt hope that I won't just have to float downriver at Augusta.  She also told me I had a good breaststroke and it was a good thing to have to fall back on and absolutely to use it instead of freestyle if I needed to.  That's not part of the original plan, but boy, do I like having a back up!!   Thanks for the support!

Wow i really appreciate your attitude. That's something that we got to learn from you. I also always lacked motivation for starting my work-out and i also started having the problem to kick off, but slowly and gradually i thought that good things dont come easy in life and we got to step out of our comfort zone to get any benefit we want to have.

Just got back from a mid-length run. Runkeeper says 6.71 in 1:11. Not speedy but felt super!
