Thursday Workouts!
YUp I actually got me one today!
woke up early and did a 2.2 mile run down to Bondi Beach and felt pretty good for not having ran since Sept.
At the beach I did 2 laps of the beach for 4K total (I think that is what they said it was) might be 2K as my legs were screaming at me. Beach running in soft sand is a freaking workout like nothing I have ever done. running along the surf on the hard sand was a bit easier but still a lot of work.
For Lunch we have an office swim planned not sure what this entails but hey I'll do anything once!

My elliptical machine (my Christmas present to me, from me) arrives this afternoon/evening. I'll be giving that baby a workout tonight, right after I peel the kids off it. :)
Beach? I can't even imagine. It's beautiful and sunny here, but there was a layer of frost on the ground when I left for work. Definitely not beach weather. :) Sounds like a great workout though!
Boot Camp -
warm up (march, side step, grapevine, ham curl, jump jacks, etc)
then 1 min of each exercise, 2 rounds: 4 Jumping Jacks / 4 stars, pushup / sideplank, burpees, tricep dips on the floor, mountain climbers, tilted plank, glute bridges..... I think that's it. Then "banana/superman" switches - "V" position until trainer says "superman" then flip over to stomach and do superman until she says banana.
