2 min @ 3.5 warmup TM
then 1min each at 4.5,  5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7;  short rest and then repeat

circuit:  50sec work, 10 sec transition; 1 min rest between rounds, 3 rounds
65lb squat
10lb pushup row
65lb deadlift row
double jump squat / reverse lunge

 

Then 30 min Spin class right after

2.5 mile walk - managed a 20 min/mile pace - and paying dearly for it with swelling. Oh well - I walked :)

3.25 miles on the treadmill today...4-6 mph. I broke a little sweat....I can't wait to really get back to running!!

Sick kiddo home from school so no chance to run mid-day as I usually do. Instead, I went up and down my stairs ten times at the top of each hour 8-5 (working from home so had one eye on the clock and one eye on the kid all day) and then did some bodyweight exercises.

Kid is still stick today (Wednesday) so I'm not sure how I'm going to get a run in today, I might have to go get a light to wear and go out after my husband gets home as it will surely be dark by that time.

30 min elliptical - moderate high intensity for me

I'm going to follow that workout tomorrow. I didn't see this on Tuesday. Today I am actually motivated to go on a long run. Usually I'll run 2 miles but I want to try for a 5k tonight.
