I'm Sorry

I want to apologize to everyone who frequents this board on my absence as of lately. I have posted on this board every single day for over 2 years but this week I have found myself away. I'm getting caught up in life and training and I apologize. Trust me, I have been training, last Sunday I ran a half marathon in 1:48:15, then Wednesday I was in the hospital with severe dehydration and low blood pressure. Anyway, I am back and ready to contribute to our wonderful group here
