I managed a couple walks around the block :) Its a far stretch from a 1/2 a month ago, but hey, im cut up from head to toe :)

11/16/12 - Got my Body by Sauceda - arms, Bl/BA, LBL, thigh lift.
HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 200 85 lbs lost pre-op / 135 post op

11 min mile on my work's nature trail, then trainer workout 3 stations, 20 reps (except Jump rope), 4 rounds
45lb sumo squat high-pulls, plank pulls, 15lb bent over row, 50 jump rope
45 sec sprint, 15 sec rest on TM - 6.0 -8.0 speeds
My chest is still rattly congested and I thought my lungs were going to explode on the sprints. Almost gave up on the last one, but the trainer pushed me through. I was so grateful because I would have been ticked off the rest of the day.
