loose weight and KEEP it off (how i did it)
so in 2009 I was 310 lbs.... I am now PROUDLY 250 (I havent had the wls) yet either....I want to mention that I have pre-excisting health issues which make it hard to loose weight (thyroid issues, pcos) people have been asking "how did you loose the weight"... I haven't "dieted" I just "ate sendible" what i mean by this is I try to follow what is called "the canadain food guide" (if you do a search "canadain food guide" it will give you an example of what you need in your daily diet (not diet foods) just things like you need diary, fruit, vegtibles etc (everyday) to be healthy but on top of eatting healthy you need to keep your body moving it dosen't even have to be crazy work outs (if you have mobility issues) you can do aqua fitness (i have knee issues and shoulder issues) so the aqua fittness has helped me! If your feeling alittle self confidance you can always do things like "Wii-fitness" and no ladies this isn't just a "game system for children...the wii-fit has yoga, cardio, ballance (but it's fun so you wont get bored!) also theirs other system games too (for all of the systmes) like "Just dance", Dance center and my all time favorite is Zumba !! Zumba is such a hot thing right now...you can either go to a class or do it at home! I lost 60 lbs by doing various dance exercizes and I KEPT IT OFF!! I didn't even have to go on any fancy diet! I just kept active an eat "sensible" but while these two are imporant it's also imporant to "learn to think postive and only surround yourself around postive people! it can really bring you down otherwise! i GUESS i'M writting this post to prove that ANYONE can loose weight (for those like with stubborn thyroids) (who are considering the operation) and may have to loose some weight it's really not that big of a deal YOU CAN DO IT, AND KEEP IT OFF !!!! JUST LIKE ME!! Anyways that's my weekend rant!!! have a great weekend,

Congratulation for your weight loss.
I appreciate all of your these weight loss efforts. You should continue all of your these weight loss activities to maintain your body weight and fitness level.
I really hope no-one thought that I was trying to shame anyone who's having it but I just felt IN MY situation that it makes no real sense to have it done. a) don't have any pre exsisting health issues (such as diabeties, breathing issues or mobility issues, 2) I have already lowered my BMI, and 3 i have already managed to loose weight on my own! You are right we are in charge of what we eat (which is somthing i need to work on, I have some real body image issues which has basically made it exstreamly hard for me to eat either 3 meals a day or many small meals BUT i have a great diatition where i live and an amazing supportive dr (who are both female) who have been the most amazing support i could want PLUS a husband who has supported my efforts i am also going to seek some counselling support for the image issues. Yes I do the Zumba from home as well as Just dance, and other excixes from home! I am very active (maybe that's how i lost the weight!!
