It will still be a while before I can workout at my normal level, but I am doing something!  I walked last night, and today I'll do some light weight work on my arms/shoulders.

What are you doing today???

Yes, TGIF, indeed!

I've got a 6 mile run on the books for this afternoon.

It's the one year anniversary of my surgery date and I am grateful and humbled to have a life that I never would have imagined possible for me. I'll remember that today as I plug along and hope that I never forget.

Glad to hear you are recuperating so well Kim!

I have been sick since Wednesday with a 101-102 fever. I took tylenol this morning and felt a little better, so like a doofus I went to the gym (hope nobody else gets sick... I wiped equipment like a fiend though).

Trainer:

15 minute hill climbs on TM w/ some jogging

3 stations, 21/15/9 reps

clean/press/squat 45lb, wide pushups, box jumps

If I feel better I hope tomorrow will be better on the exercise front, I feel like I have been slacking
