A little late - Monday Workouts
Skipped noon group exercise class for a nap.... just wouldn't have been very helpful for me to go.
I did, however, go to the Spinnerval class at 5 (my favorite!
3 songs spin then 6 stations of 45 sec work, 15 sec transition to next station
wacky jacks, pushups w/ feet on med ball, forward / reverse frog hops, mummy kicks, mountain climbers w/ feet in the TRX and criss cross battle ropes
2 songs of spin, circuit, 2 songs of spin
