BAM! Way to go!!

I've not done much of anything today besides chores in and around the house.

Have a long run of at least 8 (we'll see if I have anything left after that) on the books for tomorrow.

I had a 12 mile run planned today.  It was absolutely hideous.  I ran my last 1/2 faster than these 12 miles.  I can come up with a bazillion excuses as to what might have happened, but I won't.  I am going to just put it behind me and be grateful I finished.  At least I burned off at least 1000 calories.
