Just wanted to check in!
I'm one week post op LBL and BL and I soooo miss exercising! I am walking outside each day, and can't wait until I can run again! I will tell you this....being in great shape is making the recovery so much easier!
Just wanted to drop a line to my exercise peeps! Do a few extra reps/laps/miles for me!!

Kim, I'm glad to hear you're recovering well! We're SOOO getting together for a run when I'm down there in AL! My crazy ass has signed up for another Half-Marathon training program, before I've even done my 1st (in 2 weeks) so I'll be a month in to my next training over Xmas.....

I don't know about you but getting into and out of compression garments freaking counts as aa workout!!t
