Wednesday Hump Day Workouts
I have had a great day!
Core/Upper body class
Warm up - jumping jacks, wacky jacks, side hops 2x
Tobada stations (20sec work, 10sec rest, 8 reps at each station before moving on)
black resistance band squat row
battle rope burpees
reverse tricep dips (feet on box)
10lb pushup dumbell row
Core - bicycle kicks, boat rockers, double leg raise w/ ab crunch, scissor kicks, fliers, divers
afternoon outdoor circuit:
warm up - jog around work pond (.22 mile I think?) 2 min jump rope
10 minute AMRAP - run pond, 10 resistance band (blue) thrusters, 50 jump rope, 10 pushup (made 3 rounds); then 30 sec resistance band lat pull / chest press
Yoga - 30 minute class
zumba - 45 minute class
Ran 3 miles at 9:52 pace... getting back on track after vacation!
