 I did the 30min spin class today and then FLEXed off some time at work to go to the 45min Kickboxing class.

Wednesday I did a 7 mile run, Thursday I did 72 minutes on the bike trainer in the morning and a 1400 meter swim in the evening

I eeked out a quick 3 mile run. I've developed a nasty cold and told myself if I made my loop and wanted to quit I could. I ran the loop and wanted to quit so I did. A year ago I would have not exercised at all so even the 3 miler is an accomplishment in my book.
