Rock N Roll 1/2 marathon - race report
Yess....maybe late spring I might be up for another one. Let's hope recovery is smooth! I think Michelle is out of the 1/2 club but maybe Jenn and Angi will train with us.

WOOOOHOOOOO!!!! You did it!!! (and didn't die!!!) So super proud for you! I kept wondering why no one threw me a parade for finishing! I was grateful my trainer told me it was ok to be a little depressed after it was over with. Onward and upward, you sexy skinny *****!!!!! :-) Love the blog by the way!

Wow... just... WOW.
I talked to my trainer just today about the reality of me being able to do a 15k in February and maybe a half later on. What an inspiration - I want to feel that pride!!!
She almost has me talked into the Rock n Roll Nashville - but the hills make me nervous!!
Great job and great race report!
When I started my training in August...I was barely managing to finish a 3 mile run. My "long" runs of 5 miles pushed me to the limit. In 12 weeks, I went from that to 13 miles...it was incredible, and very very do-able if you run consistently.
As for the hills, I think I like them - shocking because Im a pretty lazy person and Id rather have a pancake flat course BUT - what goes up, has to usually come back down - and that's fun :)
