Tuesday workouts
Hit the pool today, something between a freestyle, a dog paddle and a desperate attempt to not drown. But I managed about 45 minutes of lap swimming. Anyhow the plan is for an hour on the bike trainer tonight after I get my kid to sleep.

4.25 mile run, dodging tree limbs/pinecones/leaves/puddles and STILL managed a 9:43 min/mile pace!
