Unexpected PR, loooove it!

My hubby ran his first 5k today, the day before he turns 30 and will change age brackets lol! He did awesome and came in at 29:22 and he's one of those crazies with the Vibram barefooting shoes. Super proud of him! I took almost 2 minutes off my last 5k time and came in at 28:05 with a 9:03 pace, PSYCHED by that! I wasn't expecting to PR today because I haven't been running consistently and we went out last night and I had a couple drinks. Felt awesome though to kill my last PR and see my husband be so successful his first time!
