Second day back to training since Beach2Battleship. I did a 1300 meter swim
Jillian Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran, Army Wife, 3x Ironman Finisher
drove over 7hrs (supposed to be 6.... took me an hour to go 3 miles to an exit!)
helping my mom and then taking the dogs out for a mile.... probably walk /run
