does anyone have a certion routine they do in the gym as far as working out need ideas

i am  in need of advice as far as  what some ppl do  in the gyms as far as a workout  i have had gastric bipass   and   its been a year ive gained some mucle  but  im  tired of doing the same things over and over  not shure what to do now lol lookin for advice or tips

 To mix things up I downloaded the Nike Trainer app on my iphone and I have to say they are pretty good.  Most of the workouts don't need a gym, but that's where I usually do mine.

Try all the classes!  I NEVER knew I'd like boxing until I took a class and I also love yoga and boot camp.

I am one of those folks with the attention span of a gnat.  I have to keep changing things up or I get bored silly. I also find it is good for my body because it never knows what is coming next, so I think it has improved my metabolism!
