Monday - Did you workout?
I was supposed to take another rest day... 2 in a row. I didn't.
I did manage to skip the first exercise class, but I literally started getting depressed so I went to Spinnerval (spin a few songs, circuits, spin, circuit, spin).
Have to find a happy medium, no idea where to start so have a meeting with my trainer tomorrow.

Got a swim in tonight. 60 minutes 2543 yards. That is 7 of the last 8 days that I got a swim in. Now I need to keep the momentum going and get the bike on the trainer and start getting some running in.
I have only run about 10 times since I did the Disney Half Marathon in January. The past 9 months have involved too much beer, junk food and extra pounds. Time to get back on the wagon.

I wasn't feeling it but did it anyway. I was supposed to rest too Ran 5.34 in 57 min, including some moments where I slowed down to walk. The 8K on Sunday kinda took the stamina out of me!
