Need advice on jogging
Thanks everyone for some very good sound advice. This will be my 4th day of resting the knees but really looking forward to getting started again in a couple more days ... Slow . I also seen reference to the C25k website on another post that looks like a very doable schedule.

In start you may feel some problem in jogging but you should continue.
If you feel pain in your knees then you should take some medical treatment or you should also use omega 3 to remove your joint pain.
Olive oil massage can also be effective to remove the knees joint pain.
