Wednesday Workouts
I'll be working out tonight after I get off work... at 0100. I am exhausted but a relatively new post-op has been struggling and asked me to go to the gym with her a couple times per week. I figure I can use the extra time to get ready for next year's Tri(s)

Yep !! I really think after a long run of night shifts my body just shuts down and I feel like crap. I have actual pain for about 24 hours. It's like my body knows I have the day to rest so it just gives up. :-) Getting older sucks. But then so does shifting from days to nights on a regular basis. Thanks for asking!!!
