Why is it so easy to get off your exercise routine but so hard to get back on your routine?

It was at first.  Now, 4.5 years into regular exercising, I find it harder to NOT do it....if something isn't sore from exercise, I feel awful.

Also, when I exercise, I don't have the "old age" aches and pains, and my arthritis in my knees is always better if I'm active, so I guess I have grown accustomed to the benefits of doing it.

Hang in there!  One day it really will be like oxygen........YOU GOTTA HAVE IT!
