Saturday Races or Workouts!
I did my GOAL Triathlon... the Santa Rosa Island Tri on Pensacola Beach. Originally it was 600yd Gulf swim, 18 mile bike, 5k run - but Hurricane Isaac washed out part of the road so the bike was changed to 12.5 miles.
I entered the Athena division (150lbs or more) and in the whole division I was 8 of 18, in my age group I was 4/9. AND I totally smashed my previous 5k PR (smashed just sounds more dramatic) with a 36:06 vs a 38:10.
The training group I worked with throughout the summer did a full course practice 3 weeks ago and had everything, including timing. Today I beat that practice time by about 2 minutes. WOOT!
Other exercise - unloaded 55 bales of hay from a horse trailer, carried 10-12ft to the barn, then stacked 4high, 4 wide.

I did nothing. Actually took a rest day, my coaches were proud!
