Manic Monday training

So... starting this thread before I head to bed. Taking the day off was a VERY good idea. And by off, I walked around in the National Zoo for 2 hrs. Yeah..... after a long run on Saturday (5.64 miles) & Friday (6.32miles)  too!

Monday- ran 2 miles in am and 2.75 miles in pm, improved pace to 10:16!!

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR  Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13(1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.

 4.5 on the treadmill.  Slowly working my way back up in milage.

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

a big zero.... knees finally functional after whatever I did to them Saturday so going to ease through the week to my Triathlon on Sat!

CrossFit for an hour..Buy in was 25 burpees then 4 rounds for time 15 pullups 30 situps and cash out was another 25 burpees. And then a fabulous after party of 100 air squats. So much for running on non CrossFit days lol
