Saturday Workouts
For those of us who aren't getting ready for a Half Iron Man!!!
Today I :
rode my bike to the gym at my job and realized I didn't have my badge to get in, so I rode back home
- total 7.76 miles
-back to gym 3.93 miles
- walk jog 5k on TM averaging around 12min mile -my knee was excruciating, so I didn't get to do the 10k I'd planned
- bike home 3.88 miles
- swim 200yds (even just pulling with my arms and no kicking hurt my knee - just the movement caused in the water)
Plan on some core work this evening

I ran 5.64 miles in 1:03:15 with no stops! Had to do some MAJOR motivational messages to pull thru the last 1/4 mile though.... Running 5+ miles each day for the past 2 days is taking a toll on me- Tomorrow's gonna be a rest day. As in, no running, just walking around the National Zoo for several hours...
