30 sec anchor rope, single arms

60 sec rest, repeat total of 5x

 My Friday run kicked butt! I did the C&O canal (along the Potomac river): 6.32miles in 1:10:37

  I am registered for my first 10k -  Oct 20.  I can't even run the whole 5k so I don't know what I am getting myself into!  Fortunately this course doesn't have a time limit lol

 Just think of it this way - in training for a Tri, you're doing 3 sports at once! So be proud of yourself! Good luck on the 10K though. I signed up for an 8K on October 14th as part of our Half training with our Team Challenge group and then the following weekend is a timed 5K for AIDSWalk DC that I committed to by myself, so.... October's gonna kick my ass!

Great! I am sure with this kind of work our you will tremendously lose weight. All the techniques which you are using for reducing weight are considered to be great methods of losing weight.

My today workout is as follow:
Push ups: 25,
Pull ups: 25,
Sits ups: 50,
Jogging: 15 minutes,
and swimming: 15 minutes.
