Thursday Workouts
I am getting kind of concerned about my workouts... since the Tri training group ended I feel like my training is totaly inadequate. Tomorrow and Saturday are all swim all the time... except when I am on the bike!
Today - 30min spin class, 1 min set on leg curl machine, 1 min set on leg ext machine (have to hurry out of the gym on Thursdays for work meeting)
