Logging Water During Exercise.

I hope this will be an easy question.
My NUT wants me to get 100 oz a day. When I workout I generally drink at least 16 oz. Do I count this against the 100 oz or is this simply replenishing what I sweat out and I shoudln't count it against my daily intake.

100oz DOES NOT include what you sweat while working out. Drink to replenish while you workout and then still be sure to get you 100oz aside from that,,,

FYI... 20 fluid ounces of water weighs 1.303968 pounds
Weigh yourself before you workout and after, add fluid consumed during training and see if you lost or gained weight, adjust accordingly to net 0 weight change and continue with 100 OZ
