 Did a 45 min. Nike trainer workout.  It kicked my ass. . . 

Tons of squats, different types of sit-ups, presses with weights and push-ups.  I was a great big ball of sweat and it felt great.

 Was hubby's bday so didn't have it in me to do a long run - just did 2.5miles and came home!

1 hour of crosfit. Did the warmup 2x,For pullups I was able to drop the biggest assistance band and am using the three smaller bands now! I can do 3 pullups with two bands but then need more help. Yesterday was a day for noticing progress! The strength was deadlifts, 5 rounds of 3 adding weight each time. I maxed out at 125#, last time we did it (2 weeks ago) I did 85#!

The workout was run 400m, 10 deadlifts, 15 toes to bar...3 rounds for time. I lifted 105# for the workouy and 2 weeks ago I couldnt hang from the bar and lift my legs at the same time but yesterday I was able to do the modification and lift my knees up. Finished in 13min 33sec, woohoo!
