I'm almost 2 months post op and I have lost 67 pounds. I finally got a gym membership and I go Thursday for a health screen and then they are going to show me how to use all of the exercise equipment. I am ready to start exercising and feeling great. Life is better!!!

Great!
The best thing I started after surgery was working out regularly. I had worked out pre-op, but it has been life changing post op.
Good idea to get an intro to the equipment - safe training is much more fun lol

I've gotta "second" the comment above. I'm a month behind you but like the previous poster I worked out pre-op. I find working out so much easier now that I've lost some weight and I feel great. Some of the pluses being able to go out with my family. This weekend I walked 1.8 mi with my wife and son. I never did that before my WLS.

Good luck.

Paul...
