30 Day Shred anyone???
Hi there!
This is my 1st time on this exercise & fitness forum.
I have been doing the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred for about 1 1/2 weeks now. I was trying to get in a workout that was intense but not requiring me to spend 2 hours at the gym.
Has anyone done this workout & see some great results? I've done this workout 8 times now & I already feel stronger; I just don't know if it's really going to "shred" me, lol! I don't except to look like Jillian but I was hoping this workout can help me lose some fat while gaining a tiny bit of muscle.
