I've been working hard on doing crunches and other core-strengthening exercises.  I am currently motivated by lower back pain.  I do it on the floor in front of the TV, so I forget to count it as exercise, but it is!  leg lifts, hip raises, etc.
Read my blog, BARIATHLETE   I run because I can.
