Did the full course, full dress rehearsal run of my goal Tri with my Tri Training group! 600yd Gulf swim, 12.5 mile bike (actually 13 because it wasn't closed roads so we had to go with traffic) and 5k run / walk.
They had a timer set up, no chips so you're on your own to get your times
Swim- just over 15 min (I think 15:20)
Bike - 54
5K - A NEW PR for 5k - 38:16
Saturday was a rest day

We did 6.71 miles of (mostly) walk/jog on the C&O Canal Trail along the Potomac River - it was lovely! Was with hubby so I didn't get much burn on but it was activity & enjoyable nontheless!
