Running and the urge
You really have to respect the miles.
Regardless of how much you have lost unless you do it smart you are in for a world of hurt. Take this from someone that ran a half marathon with a cramp that 2 days later was diagnosied as a partially torn hamstring.
Unless you put a smart plan in place and follow it you will have troubles. Things like Hydration are critical and it isn't just hydrating while you run but it the hours and sometimes days leading into your runs. Nutrition if you aren't eating the right things and at the right times you won't have the fuel in the tank to go the distance or you won't have the fuel needed to recover, these are 2 totally different fuel sources too.
Good luck and stick with it.

This is just an aside. I have been at it for almost 7 years and I don't ever leave home without a few feet of TP and have used it probably a dozen times in the woods. Can't hurt to bring some.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for all the advise. After my urge thing (with the blood) I was very scared to try and run again. But.... Thanks to you guys, and some research on my own, I found out that this can happen.... So, I have taken it easier, ran on the tread mill at 3 mil and today.... What a day, ran the lake front in Chi town, 60' weather, ran 8 Milesi on the lake front.. What a run and what a rush... awesome. BTW took Amodium AD the night before, WORKed!!!! Great run, Best ever!!!!
