Jumping in from the main forums to gain some insight and accountability. Hi everyone!!

4 mile walk this morning with 4 quarter mile jogging intervals. Kind of a big deal for me because I hate running but really want to up my intensity and endurance. And like I said in my other post--I want a 5k medal, daggonit!

Happy moving!

I walked 3 miles. After my 7 mile walk on Tuesday I had blisters on top of blisters so I had to wait for them to heal. I got some antifriction tape and wrapped the blister areas and did 3 miles. I didn't want to.pu**** and thankfully I was ok. Feet still sore but nothing like before.

Hour long spin class.  This was the first real test of my knee and it was 50/50

I managed to do the whole class but I couldn't do the out of the saddle stuff.  It just hurts too much, so all of the climbing was done seated.  However even seated I managed to keep the rpm's and the watts in the range that the instructor was calling out during the class.

I'm going back on Monday to give it a try again.
I'm hoping that my knee will progress and let me participate more with the class.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
