wednesday workouts
no workout thread yesterday? i joined a small goup of guys considering starting up a local rugby club for a quick skills practice yesterday after work. i think i'm going to consider getting back into the sport at a light level (and over 40 to boot :) )...

Yesterday I did 6 miles on the treadmill. I really need to take it to the streets and run outside but am intimidated by the thought and can't stop thinking that everybody who passes me either on their feet, bike or in a car will be thinking "Why's that fat lady running?" Oh well, one day soon!
Today, I did my second day of a body weight strength training routine that I've found. I've been sorely neglecting any sort of strength training and focusing far too much on cardio exercise. I'm making a concerted effort to be more balanced.
