Tuesday Workouts!!!

Walked 7.28 miles.
I won't do that again for awhile. I think I need to stick in the 5 mile range for now. I was really beat. I have a blister the size of manhattan on the ball of my right foot and my joints in both legs are killing me. But I did it! I had to really push myself but I got back to the car. And then went home and was so tired it took me an hour to muster the strength for a quick shower and then to bed. I actually got so dizzy I had to lie down. So I think for now, at least til I build up endurance, I will just stick to the 5 mile walk.

I am 7 weeks post op and started c25k last week. Then I got a bad chest cold. I started back up on Monday. Every morning I walk my son to school...then I keep on walking. Today: 2.5 mile walk. I had to shorten it to get my homemade chili in the crock pot. Tonight: week 1 session 2 c25k
