pre-surgery advice

 I am pre-surgery and wondering what exercises would help with dreaded skin sag. I  am in the smaller range for the surgery (BMI 37), so it is likely that I will not qualify for plastic surgery after.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Orientation - April 25, 2012, Nurse - May 16, 2012, Social Worker - May 25, Dietician - May 25, 2012, Abdominal Ultrasound - June 29, 2012, Cardiologist - August 1, 2012 Pre-Surgical Education Class September 19, 2012, Meet with Surgeon September 27, 2012, PATTS November 9, 2012, Surgery Date November 16, 2012 (Dr. Mamazza)

Not much.... toning muscles UNDER the skin will help appearance and take up a little slack, but for the most part loose skin is loose skin

I was just wondering the same thing.  For example, if I start weight training pre-op, I would hope that it will help some post-op.
