Sunday Workouts

Totally intended to only do the swim portion of Tri Training since I have been and continue to run a low fever.
 Ended doing the whole thing:
Gulf Swim - 500yds
 Bike - 11 miles  (all we could do since 3 miles of the 18 mile USAT certified bike route is now under sand and washed out in portions thanks to Isaac)
 Run / walk - 5k  (40min... my PR is 38:40 so I'll take it!)
