Spent some quality time with my trainer and my new "BFF" as she calls it - weighted vest. Today it was 20lbs

5 trips up / down 4 flights of stairs, first 3 walking, last 2 jogging

then 5 stations, 10 reps, 4 rounds.. all with the vest
45lb thrusters
jump pullups
squat jumps
decline situps
plank - 1x 30 sec, 2x45 sec, 1x60sec

Considered swimming this evening but I haven't had a rest day in about 2 weeks at least, so I think today and tomorrow are recovery. May just take a walk,

 Did a quick 4 mile run in 32 minutes, going on a long bike ride tomorrow so didn't want to run too far
