Tuesday Workouts!!
I did a 45 min "Spinnerval" class yesterday
Today I spent a quality hour with my trainer and what she calls my "new BFF" - a weighted vest. Today it was 28lbs.
With my BFF
15min Hill climbs on TM - incline variations from 6-15 and back again, final minute jog at 15%
Then - 21,15,9 w/ BFF
- burpees, 35lb sumo squat high pull, plank pulls, 20 walking lunges

1.25 mile "more walk than run" jog with hubby in am. He is in POOR shape for our Half training!
2.5 mile "more jog than run" by self in late afternoon. It's just too hot & humid!
