Thursday Workouts!
I am STOKED!
Rode my bike to the gym... only just over 4 miles but there is a pretty big hill (anybody know where I can find elevation details? I have it on mapmyrun and runkeeper). Then I did a 30 minute spin class and poured it all on. Then rode back home (max speed 28.1mph on the way down that big hill!).
Resting a bit then I will drive back to the gym for a 45min core class (ABSolute Glutes) and a 30min kickboxing class
