Wednesday Workouts!!!
I hit the yard this morning for a little xfit. First day back after a few month layoff. My heart is beating out of my chest but I feel really good!

Rode for 45 min., then thanks to my son losing something in the indoor, spent 1.5 hours raking the indoor trying to find it. That was a nice little arm workout and I was dripping in sweat!

30 minutes on the recumbant bike at the gym today for the cardio!! Trying to do 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training (and 12ish minutes of cardio) each week.
Glad to see you are hitting it again Scott, I know you had backed off the running a bit! You were one of the ones that I saw back when I was first thinking about all of this and thinking...RUNNING, no way!? Yet here I am doing exactly that!

I met a photographer at the beach and stomped around a while, climbing rocks etc. Then she went to the gym with me - I am documenting where I was, some in between and now , as well as how I got here (that way being not just surgery, but busting my big butt).

3min elliptical warm up
5 stations, 20 reps, 3 rounds
45lb sumo squat high pull
35lb dumb bell swing
med ball push up
4 jumping jack / 4 star jumps
45lb bent over row''
Then just for photo ops
- 2 min 6.5 on treadmill, med ball sit ups, box jumps
