Was supposed to be a rest day, but I didn't quite make it.
Hour of kickboxing/conditioning (ie lots of jumping backs, jumping squats, and burpees!)
A good 30 minutes of stretching.

Quick 2 mile run, with my neighbor's dog. Worked the heck out of the mare in the round pen which involves a lot of running and going back and forth on my part.
