48 mile bike ride averaging 17.3 mph. Wasn't perfect here in the Northwest. 55 degress at 7:00, but I dressed for the sun that I KNEW was coming. Which it did, but not before the long foggy stretch near Hood Canal where it felt like the temp dropped a few degrees. Man. WHY do I have to wear long sleeves in August?
2 hour walk around the beach. Had no purpose or destination...just walked for the sake of walking. Kind of a novel but nice idea.
