HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 200 85 lbs lost pre-op / 135 post op

did a planned 30 minute group class at the gym (ABSolute GLutes - LOTS of crunches, pushups, planks, superman, good mornings, deadlifts, etc) and then as I was leaving my trainer was coming in to do her kickboxing class and somehow talked me into staying for that 45 minutes. My legs are toast. But it was good stuff
